Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information to customers, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Essential Qualifications:

  • Computer with high-speed internet (Windows 7 or better)
  • Working headset with microphone
  • Ability to perform work without supervision
  • Must be over 18 years of age
