Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through various channels, including:
- Responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
- Processing product orders and resolving customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting customers, sales representatives, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
- Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorization and credits
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow regarding sales, promotions, and problems
- Providing technical and/or product information to respond to customer inquiries
- Participating in special projects, including social media customer service, warranty claims, and other initiatives
Requirements:
* Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
- Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
Hiring Range:
* $13.80 USD - $17.25 USD per hour
