Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive passenger experience
  • Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and freight services
  • Operate a modernized retail location framework, managing inventory and processing transactions efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, transactions, and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, business administration)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
