Key Responsibilities As a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist, your primary functions will include: * Providing excellent customer service by processing submissions electronically and ensuring accuracy * Comparing data with source documents submitted by members, checking for accuracy and compliance with specified requirements * Maintaining confidentiality and handling personal and sensitive member information in accordance with HIPAA regulations * Accurately documenting and recording member information * Meeting established daily quotas and performing repetitive tasks with precision * Following specific instructions and procedures with attention to detail * Collaborating with the team to achieve common goals and objectives Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Proficient in PC operations and navigation * Familiarity with Microsoft Office * Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills * Ability to work independently and maintain a quiet, private workspace * Reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability in your home * Strong desire and ability to be a team player Preferred Experience While not required, experience with data entry and CRM software is highly desirable.
