About the Role

As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll work with a variety of clients across industries, including:

  • Banking and Financial Services
  • Energy and Utilities
  • Roadside Assistance and Emergency Services
  • Resort and Hospitality
  • Cable and Telecommunications
  • Home Improvement and Maintenance
  • Senior Living and Transportation
  • TeleHealth and Medical Services
  • Cruise Line and Travel

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels (phone, chat, email)

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Customer service experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.

  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and communication tools.
  • Equipment: A personal computer with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, a USB headset with microphone, wired high-speed internet (at least 10 MBPS), and antivirus software installed.
  • Availability: A minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts (day, evening, morning, night, and overnight).

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in multiple industries: A background in multiple industries, with a proven ability to adapt to new products and services.

  • Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or sales certifications.
