Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary
  • Delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer insurance and copay inquiries
  • Offering technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Ensuring timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections
  • Promoting customer safety and adherence to the company's Work From Home policy

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older)
  • 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools
  • Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening
