Overview of the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll
  • Delivering high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Responding to questions via phone in a call center environment
  • Solving customer issues, researching problems, and processing documents
  • Maintaining satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
  • Research and resolve customer issues, process documents, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

  • Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
  • Call center experience
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations
