Overview of the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll
- Delivering high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Responding to questions via phone in a call center environment
- Solving customer issues, researching problems, and processing documents
- Maintaining satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
- Research and resolve customer issues, process documents, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
- Call center experience
- Experience working with diverse customer populations
