The Job

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing various events and projects, both in-person and virtually, for external and internal audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and PR groups, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of events. Your role will involve:

  • Innovative conceptualization, creation of inventive proposals, and citations
  • Collaboration with key partners across various disciplines to adjust and execute events
  • Ingenious key management and inventive problem-solving
  • Capacity to turn rapidly and maintain a positive outlook and sense of humor
  • Informed leader on all events, proactively ordering input and perspectives from cross-functional partners
  • Production of inventive and high-quality experiences that are customer-driven and unique to arenaflex

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and execute events, both in-person and virtually, for external and internal audiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of events
  • Develop and implement event strategies, including concept development, budgeting, and timeline management
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform event planning and execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and customer support

Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the media and entertainment industry

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under pressure, while consistently practicing smart intuition
  • Ingenious key scholar and imaginative problem-solver
  • Capacity to turn rapidly and maintain a positive outlook and sense of humor
  • Articulate and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Great hierarchical abilities and capacity to focus in to complete tasks
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region is an asset
