The Role: We offer multiple pathways depending on your experience level—from entry-level talent scouting to senior athlete representation. As part of our network, you will be the bridge between talented athletes and their next big opportunity.

• Identify and scout emerging talent across multiple sports for college, NIL, and professional opportunities.
• Guide and manage athlete careers, acting as their advocate and business partner.
• Leverage our global network to connect athletes with teams, brands, and endorsements.
• Work alongside experienced directors to negotiate contracts and close deals.
