Key Responsibilities

As a live chat agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, and email
  • Providing concise and effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to handle the latest customer support trends and technologies

Qualifications
