Description BOSS Fire is looking for a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Provide training and support on quality management processes
- Assist in the development of corrective action plans
- Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS)
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality improvement
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
