The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who thrives on variety and creativity.

This role is perfect if you like blending design, writing, and strategy to bring marketing ideas to life. You’ll be hands-on with ads, content, reporting, automation, and design projects — all while working closely with leadership on campaigns that grow MixBloom and our partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong design and copywriting skills and the ability to create quality social media content and ads.

What You’ll Do

Design & Create: Build ad graphics for Facebook and Google Ads, presentations, sales materials, and internal resources. Coordinate the work with video creators, editors for e.g. UGC ad creation. Analyze & Report: Assist with marketing analytics and share insights to guide decisions. Content Creation: Draft blog posts, newsletters, and social content for MixBloom’s own brand and founders’ personal brands. Automation: Help build marketing workflows (experience with Zapier is a big plus). Collaborate: Work with leadership (Agency Growth Specialist, Team Development Manager, and Founders) on new campaigns and creative projects.

What We’re Looking For

Strong graphic design skills (a portfolio is required); video editing is a bonus. Creative thinker with copywriting skills (short-form ads, blog outlines, newsletter intros). Experience coordinating marketing tasks across ads, content, and reporting. Comfortable with marketing tools and automation platforms (Zapier experience strongly preferred). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Proactive problem solver who enjoys experimenting and learning. Thrives in a remote-first environment with flexibility and autonomy.
