About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will take ownership of our end‑to‑end hiring process across multiple business units—from product and engineering to marketing, BD, and operations. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals, define role requirements, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and understands the nuances of hiring in crypto, fintech, and startup space.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to align on hiring priorities, pipelines, and candidate profiles. Source top talent through creative and proactive channels (LinkedIn, crypto communities, referrals, niche job boards). Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignment. Maintain a consistent and high‑quality candidate experience throughout every stage. Manage and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports to ensure visibility across stakeholders. Contribute to employer branding and outreach initiatives to position the company as a leading employer in Web3 and fintech.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within crypto, fintech, or high‑growth tech startups. Proven experience filling roles across functions—especially tech, product, growth, and business development. Familiarity with CEX, blockchain, or DeFi ecosystems is a strong advantage. Excellent sourcing skills, with hands‑on experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and Telegram groups. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders globally. Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating within a distributed team. Highly organized, data‑driven, and outcome‑oriented.

Required Skills

Experience with ATS systems. Mandarin language proficiency. Prior involvement in building recruitment processes or scaling teams from 0–1.
