Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Social Media Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse and global audience on various social media platforms. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Create and maintain up-to-date support documentation and FAQs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Educational Qualifications

While a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, we also welcome candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in customer service.
