Position Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote Customer Service team as a Chat Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat and email, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services. Essential Job Functions

* Handle and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team productivity goals.
  • Upsell relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions.

Qualifications

* 1+ years relevant work experience

  • Amazing customer service and insights
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing in English
  • 18+ to apply
