Job Responsibilities:

As a Director, Data Analytics Specialty Pharmacy, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

Data Governance:

Oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Data Analysis:

Lead the analysis of data to support business decisions, identify trends, and optimize operations.

Reporting and Dashboards:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Leadership:

Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the team, ensuring that goals and objectives are met, and that team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.

Communication:

Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science).

  • At least 6 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, including experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with data governance, data analysis, and reporting, including experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and HITECH.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science).

  • Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.).
  • Experience with data extraction, data mining, data warehousing, and data profiling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies, including experience with COBIT or other similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools, including experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
