Patient Records Coordinator
Contract Position - Patient Records Coordinator- contract working with our client. Location: REMOTE - PREFER EASTERN, CENTRAL OR MOUNTAIN TIME ZONES Contract: 2 to 3 months to start Rate: $16.00 an hour (40 hours a week) One positions available for contract:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm eastern
Details: The Patient Records Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and developing relations with medical clinics across the country to call and schedule client employee's drug testing and collection of results. This could also include entering results into database. The Coordinator will respond to client inquiries and ensure that they are serviced in a timely fashion and apply knowledge of our client's Occupation Health Medical Programs.
Responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service by responding to client inquiring about our providers/clinics.
- Maintain HIPPA compliance
- Entering customer information accurately into multiple databases
- Reviewing drug test for clearances
- Scheduling drug screen testing
- Entering information results into database
Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Prefer at least 2 year experience of Provider Network Coordinator I job duties.
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Should have a quiet in-home office space to work without interruption
