Job Description

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, and maintaining thorough and accurate records of customer interactions. You'll also work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under 4 hours per day
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

  • Familiarity with CRM software
