Job Summary

Type: Full-Time Salary: $15-$18 per hour Working Hours: 40 hours per week Location: California Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental insurance, paid training programs, generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and employee discounts on arenaflex products and services.

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex cases

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
