Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a member of our customer support team, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our valued passengers. This is a remote, full-time position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a positive impact on customers' travel experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their flight reservations, cancellations, and inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and courteously
  • Providing information on flight schedules, fares, and policies
  • Assisting customers with special requests and accommodations
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Staying updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
