Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, providing accurate information about flight schedules, cancellations, policies, and procedures, and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
