As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to ensuring that our crewmembers receive proficient and convenient first and second-level support. Your role will be to recognize, identify, and address specialized issues, and provide expert assistance to all crewmembers and crewmember innovations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional on-site and remote customer support for arenaflex crewmembers
• Organizing the resolution of episodes/demands from start to finish with internal and external resources
• Screening and supporting systems
• Maintaining and upholding client access
• Working with software bundle rollouts and support
• Collaborating with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines
• Attempting to achieve first-contact resolution with all issues
• Maintaining documentation of requests per arenaflex norms
• Maintaining and updating information base documentation with the most significant data
• Organizing response for significant occurrences and blackouts
• Situated in Montego Bay, Jamaica, but should make regular visits to Kingston, Jamaica
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Secondary School Certificate or General Instruction Improvement (GED) Certificate
• Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of IT for Everybody certificate via Coursera
• Experience implementing and supporting applications
• Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
• Possessing valid travel documents with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
• Should be able to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US
• Experience using desktop software bundles
• Should be legally qualified to work in the country in which the position is located. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Insight and Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Certifications (Microsoft, Networking, programming languages)
• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products
• Knowledge of Trade and Office Suite
• Knowledge of LAN climate using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
• Knowledge of communication, messaging, and framework (VOIP and POTS)
• Knowledge of cell phones
• Knowledge of MDM arrangements like Workstation ONE and Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of General media arrangements

Crewmember Assumptions

As a crewmember, you will be expected to:

• Maintain normal attendance and reliability
• Possible need to work flexible hours and be available to answer without prior warning
• Be ready to keep a professional appearance
• While working or traveling on arenaflex flights, and if time allows, all fit crewmembers are expected to assist with light cleaning of the airplane
• Should be a proper hierarchical fit for the arenaflex culture, or at least, display the arenaflex values of Wellbeing, Mindful, Honesty, Energy, and Tomfoolery
• Advance arenaflex's #1 value of safety as a Wellbeing Representative, supporting arenaflex's Wellbeing Management Framework (SMS) components, Wellbeing Strategy, and social principles
• Identify wellbeing or potential safety concerns, issues, episodes, or perils that should be reported and report them as soon as possible and without hesitation, including arenaflex's confidential reporting frameworks (Avionics Wellbeing Activity Program (pronto), JEMS or Security Activity Report (SAR))
