Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Data Entry Specialists to join our team, focusing on transforming healthcare operations through innovative data management and automation. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our data is accurately entered and maintained, contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data into our system using a steady flow of images

  • Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation
  • Review and verify data to meet quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate professionally with team members as needed
  • Suggest improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency
  • Complete daily tasks and perform additional office duties as assigned

Requirements

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to multitask and stay focused
  • High attention to detail with efficiency in work
  • Quick learner, able to follow instructions accurately
  • Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English
  • Typing Speed: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy

Work Schedule

* $12 per hour

  • Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
  • Shifts are available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
