Job Summary

We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Clerks. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work under 4 hours per day, and a competitive hourly wage of $16-$19 per hour. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and timely, while also maintaining data confidentiality and security.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting and updating data into our database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Maintaining data confidentiality and security
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Data Programs: You'll need to be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as data programs.
  • Experience with Administrative and Clerical Tasks: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy: You'll need to be detail-oriented and accurate in your work, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Excellent Typing Skills: You'll need to have excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Manage Time Effectively: You'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively, with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable Internet Connection and Computer: You'll need a reliable internet connection and a computer to perform your duties.
