Job Summary

As a Data Analyst II, you will be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing client data to provide insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with our product teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve customer experiences and drive business growth. You will also collaborate with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and data quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and analyze client data to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer experiences and drive business growth
• Collaborate with product teams to design and implement data-driven product features and enhancements
• Work with data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and data quality processes
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and implementation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field

• 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with data quality tools such as Collibra or SAS Information Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Bigquery or AWS Redshift
• Experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Beam or Apache Spark
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
