Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work closely with customers to fulfill their banking needs, connect them with account services, and provide exceptional customer service. You'll perform a variety of receptionist, secretarial, and clerical duties, handle day-to-day transactions, and communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person. Key Responsibilities

* Help customers open checking and savings accounts, and maintain their accounts to ensure seamless transactions

  • Resolve customer disputes and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Refer customers to loan officers or other financial specialists to meet their specific needs
  • Record transactions, count and package currency, and reconcile cash drawers to ensure accuracy and security
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our banking solutions
  • Communicate effectively with other bank team members to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Manage Safe Deposit Boxes, including opening, closing, billing, and granting customers access

Essential Qualifications

* Prior banking experience is preferred but not required; however, candidates with experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field are encouraged to apply

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving customer concerns
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in banking or a related field

  • 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investments
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other banking systems

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer disputes and address complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
