About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and launch of new technology at customer locations. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll play a critical role in evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technology. Your expertise will help us deliver a world-class shopping experience and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Core Job Tasks

  • Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology
  • Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams
  • Visit customer sites and deploy new technology
  • Collect customer feedback and quantify impacts of new technology
  • Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • A 4-year science/engineering degree
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field
  • Scripting skills
  • Formal coursework/training in project management

Contract Details

  • Contract Length: 11 Months
  • Location: Remote (50% travel, so best to be near a main US airline Hub)
  • Pay range: $38 - $42 per hour
