Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You will provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support experiences for customers
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in support delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for support quality and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ hours availability per week to work as a Live Chat Support Specialist

  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in support delivery
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media and website chat functions

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or support roles

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (although training will be provided)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (although not required, it is an asset)
