Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Representative, Customer Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sorting and separating documents generated daily to ensure accurate and efficient processing
  • Correlating outgoing cover letters with necessary enclosures to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve mutual client/customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Ensuring compliance with arenaflex Operating Instructions, federal and state regulations, and client contract agreements
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on queues to ensure compliance with cycle time requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Providing effective problem resolution and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum 9 months of customer service, collections, fraud, or operations experience responding to customer requests/inquiries/complaints
  • Work experience with computer-based programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Must be willing to work in the Cincinnati/West Chester office as an essential employee
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Operating knowledge of PC and Windows-based environment
  • Flexibility with work schedules and assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Hourly rate range of $22.00 - $28.50 per hour

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • Be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles
  • Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post
