What to Expect: Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Technician Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with hospital clientele, answering incoming calls, and providing requested information in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching and resolving problems related to testing and minor interface issues, ensuring seamless communication with other departments within arenaflex

  • Experience working in a contact center or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
