Job Overview

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service, meet performance metrics, and drive business growth. Weekend and weekday availability is required for this position, with excellent attendance and punctuality being a must.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work weekend and weekday shifts as scheduled
  • Consistently fulfilling shifts as assigned
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
