Key Responsibilities

As a Crisis Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of remote customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and a passion for building strong relationships.
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Immediate availability, with the ability to complete certification within 24 hours.
