Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their campaigns, orders, or general inquiries. You'll be responsible for responding to customer emails, phone calls, and live chat messages in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to issues, and escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer emails, phone calls, and live chat messages in a timely and efficient manner

- Escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary

Requirements
