Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, using your problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, helping them make informed decisions about our energy services.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, using your communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals, using your skills and experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment; we're looking for individuals with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; you'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and resolve complex issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; you'll need to be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude; you'll need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; you'll need to be able to use our CRM software to document customer interactions and provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required); we're a 24/7 operation, and you'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts.
