Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with various requests
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and follow up as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist clients
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Demonstrating resilience and dedication to providing excellent service to clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
