Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, creating, and managing the execution of flexible manufacturing cycles and systems for specific data center products
• Improving processes for cost, quality, and flexibility
• Collaborating with Planning, Product Management, and Operations teams to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks in early development stages
• Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies
• Identifying and implementing solutions to advance performance and efficiency across the supply chain
• Leading the assessment, qualification, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth
• Utilizing Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Design Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O)
• Leading the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align design and BOM structures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• 4-year certification in Electrical Designing, Cycle Designing, Assembling Designing, or similar relevant experience
• 10 years of experience as an Assembling, Quality, Reliability, or Product Designer
• 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• 5 years of experience in planning and execution of civil high-voltage applications in data center development

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree in Science or a related field

• Experience directing yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts
• Experience with LEAN... Assembling/5S/8D practices
• Experience in charging data centers
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical design principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
