Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chats. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a remote role, requiring a reliable internet connection and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online chats from clients in a timely and professional manner

  • Document details of conversations, using scripts and online reference materials to guide interactions
  • Utilize technical systems, including desktop, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet, to efficiently and effectively resolve customer inquiries
  • Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Educate and answer questions from customers, providing up-to-date information about our programs and services
  • Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information

Must-Have Qualifications

* Minimum High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to pass language knowledge assessment
  • Strong internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet cable (not supplied by cellular data)
  • Reliable private internet connection, with a minimum upload and download speed of 10 Mbps

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a call center environment
  • Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only)
  • Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors
  • Previous experience with FEMA Call Center
