Responsibilities

As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Computer skills in a windows-based environment.
  • The ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute.
  • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
  • Punctuality and great attendance.
  • The ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure.
  • The ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

  • High-speed broadband internet that meets our requirements of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download (Satellite Internet is NOT supported).
  • A reliable computer and all necessary equipment.
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace.

Training Hours

Our training program is designed to help you succeed in your new role. Training hours are:

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm CT.

Shift Availability

We require our 2nd Shift Customer Service Representatives to work:

  • Saturday or Sunday.
  • Hours of availability needed between 1pm - 11pm CT.
