As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing data, and providing administrative support to our team. - Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests
- Check work process reports to ensure required data is available
- Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
- Output, print, and list reports
- Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
- Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
- Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
- Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior work experience required
- Standard office equipment and software
