Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our data across various systems and platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet information needs and enhance data processes
  • Maintaining precise information and ensuring consistency across different stages and frameworks
  • Working closely with our Information Chief to ensure data respectability and consistency

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems and platforms, ensuring precision and consistency

  • Data Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet information needs and enhance data processes
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Data Security: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Essential Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in data entry or a related field

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Secondary school certificate or equivalent
