Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Building Controls Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Building Controls department, you'll be responsible for ensuring client and partner safety and satisfaction while minimizing support costs for complex issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring client and partner safety and satisfaction

• Provide proactive solutions for issues, applying advanced programming techniques and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, ensuring timely and effective execution
• Develop, share, and implement processes and practices to address business challenges, working closely with directors, colleagues, and clients
• Analyze and apply data from various sources to inform decision-making and drive business growth
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement, driving innovation and excellence in building controls
• Participate in teams to drive building execution and controls, leveraging shared resources, data, and tools
• Complete work tasks and meet business needs in Building Execution and Controls, utilizing strategies, knowledge, and resources

• 8 hours of work per day, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
