What's the Job All About?

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

• Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
• Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
• Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
• Work towards set goals, helping you develop professionally

Your Qualifications

* You must be fluent and proficient in Danish

• You must reside in Denmark (note: you'll work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
• You have a high level of English proficiency
• You're interested in technology and not afraid to dive into technical challenges
• You know what good customer service is and are motivated to deliver it
• You have a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
