The Position

As a Client Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll work one-on-one with clients to explain the features of our insurance products, handling phone and email inquiries with ease and professionalism. This is not a call center environment; instead, you'll be working in a personalized setting where every interaction matters.

Primary Responsibilities

* Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers with a friendly, patient, and empathetic tone

• Preparing well-written responses to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally

Other Responsibilities

* Utilizing Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage customer interactions and data

• Multitasking with ease, juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Adjusting your work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to adjust your work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume
• Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a significant plus
• All applicants must be based in the US
