Business Development Manager - Agriculture ERP Solutions

Here at iRely, we understand that your Business isn't simple, but our Innovative Software Solutions are. iRely has opportunities available for experienced Business Development Managers for our Agriculture Software Division to lead new sales efforts and expand our footprint in various markets across the US. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Sales Strategy and Framework aligned to ERP software product and solutions
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in agriculture, agribusiness, and similar industries, organics etc.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, including RFPs, demos, and contract negotiations.
  • 30% Travel to customer sites and trade shows
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and positioning.
  • Represent iRely Products at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years, business development, director of sales, ideally in the Agriculture Industry, Agribusiness or equivalent
  • Able to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across North America (or global, if applicable).
  • Previous experience selling ERP, SaaS, CRM or Software based solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Build sales forecasting, provide reporting, experience using CRM
  • iRely provides full sales training on our software products and solutions.
  • Candidates located out of state welcome to apply - out of state candidates can work remote with travel requirements to corporate offices in Dallas TX.
