Role & Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – E-commerce Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through virtual communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with order inquiries, product information, and shipping details, while also resolving customer issues related to returns, refunds, and order discrepancies. You'll collaborate closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain accurate records of customer interactions to contribute to improving customer service processes. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through virtual communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting customers with order inquiries, product information, and shipping details.
  • Resolving customer issues related to returns, refunds, and order discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Minimum Requirements
