Job Summary
As a WDW Resorts Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and reservation support to users of the Disney Resorts website. You'll be the primary point of contact for guests and cast members, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations for Walt Disney World products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to Walt Disney World guests and cast members via phone, email, and chat.
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to reservations, lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages, and general inquiries.
- Match guest wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support.
- Stay up-to-date on Walt Disney World products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informed recommendations.

Eligibility Requirements
* Must have at least 30 days elapsed since last enrollment in a Disney program.
- Cannot be an Earmarked Travel Agent or Travel Agent that books Disney.
- Must not have a termination on file from any Disney program.
- Cannot be a current Disney cast member.
- Must not be currently enrolled in or servicing in a Disney program.

- Expected hours: 20-60 per week
- Shifts: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift, Night shift, Overnight shift, Rotating shift, Split shift
- Weekly day range: Every weekend, Monday to Friday, No weekends, Rotating weekends, Weekends as needed, Weekends only
