Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Processing benefits claims and resolving any related issues

Essential Qualifications
