The Role

As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing efficient and productive customer service through our chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, from product information to shipping and order status updates. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries through chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert-level support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry

  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, including design and installation
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
