Adjunct Faculty - School of Education, Organizational Leadership
Campus Location: Multiple Locations Department: School of Education Salary Information: SFT Adjunct Rate $2,100 per credit Work Hours: As needed - days/evenings Brief Job Overview/Summary The School of Education at Stockton University is expanding its pool of qualified adjunct (part-time) instructors to teach a variety of undergraduate level courses on our Galloway, Atlantic City and Manahawkin Campuses in the following disciplines:
- Dissertation Chair or Dissertation Committee Member
- Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods
- Leadership and Leadership Theory
- Change Management
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
- Creativity, Innovation, Entreprenuership
- Ethics in Leadership
- Stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Organization Culture and Climate

Opportunities may exist to teach a flexible a schedule that may include teaching assignments during days, evenings and weekends. Descriptions of Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Adjunct instructors are expected to:
- Teach Graduate courses as scheduled
- Access student work and provide timely feedback
- Use Blackboard (the Learning Management System) to support the course
- Supervise dissertation students on their research projects either as Dissertation Chair or Dissertation Committee Member
- Support Stockton University’s strong student-centered vision and mission
Required Qualifications
- Terminal degree in subject or related area
- Relevant teaching experience in subject area
