- *The Role**
The Call Time Manager will be responsible for supporting Democratic candidates in their fundraising efforts. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in political campaign fundraising and strategic operations.
- *Key Responsibilities
- Manage Call Time Operations: Sit with candidates virtually during call time to ensure efficient use of their schedule and maximize donor outreach.
- Data Management: Log all call data accurately using platforms like NGP or Excel. Maintain donor records and track interactions, pledges, and contributions.
- Preparation: Create accurate and detailed call sheets, complete with donor research and tailored messaging.
- Follow-Up: Ensure all follow-up calls, emails, or thank-you notes are completed in a timely manner to secure commitments and build donor relationships.
- Finance Plan Execution: Work with the campaign’s finance director and other team members to implement the finance plan.
- Event Support: Assist in the creation and management of campaign fundraising events.
- Flexible Tasks: Adapt to other finance-related duties to ensure campaign success.

- *Requirements
- Education:Currently working toward or have obtained a bachelors degree required.
- Preferred Experience: Sales, political campaign or phone banking experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and fundraising platforms like NGP is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage schedules, donor records, and follow-ups with precision.
- Communication Skills: Confidence and clarity in speaking and writing.
